# Store Refresh

The Elements Store goes offline every Tuesday at around 9am GMT and usually returns before midday. This downtime lets us run updates, carry out maintenance, and get new products ready for release.

Launching new products on the same day each week is deliberate. A fixed schedule creates predictability. Users know exactly when to check back, which builds a weekly habit and drives more traffic. It also gives creators a clear window to plan promotions, announcements, and social posts.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Good to know:** Product updates can go live at any time. They do not need to be held untill Tuesday.
{% endhint %}

Instead of new product releases getting lost in the noise, they land in a moment when the whole community is paying attention.

A weekly launch rhythm turns Tuesdays into a mini-event. Users look forward to seeing what’s new, creators benefit from higher visibility, and the Store gets a steady cadence of fresh content. Everyone wins.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.realmacsoftware.com/elements-docs/store/partners/store-refresh.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
