Add, remove, and organise site resources

Website resources include anything from image files, to PDFs, and folders. All of your resources can be managed right inside RapidWeaver Elements.

Tips & Best Practices

• Lowercase Use lowercase filenames only (company-logo.png, not Company Logo.PNG).

• Avoid Spaces

  Avoid spaces, use dashes or underscores (price-list.pdf).

• Keep it Short

  Stick to short, descriptive names that make sense outside of Elements too.

• Organize with Folders Group assets by type (e.g. images/, pdfs/, downloads/).

• Use Optimised Images

  Always compress images before adding them to Elements. JPG for photos. PNG for transparency. SVG for icons and logos.

• Keep File Sizes Reasonable Don’t upload giant 20MB PDFs or Images. Resize, and compress them.

• Upload Videoto YouTube For video, host on YouTube, Vimeo, or a streaming service, then embed.
