Refunds

The Elements Store provides a straightforward 7-day refund policy for all store purchases that do not provide a trial. If you’d like a refund, contact us directly and we’ll take care of it.

Your refund should arrive back into your account within 72 hours from the time of issue. Once the refund has been processed the installed product will switch to back to Trial mode.
